The Right Foods The Right Amount The Right Time
Yeah, I saw the headline for this article when I passed the magazine section at Borders yesterday. My immediate thought was: "damn, this program really IS the only solution for me. Guess I really DO have to stick to it!" I still have high hopes, even though I've been slipping. It's easier to stay on track when I don't beat myself up. And my new exercise routine (walking & weights), while perhaps not as effective as I thought, at least keeps me mentally on track and motivated to eat better so as to not "undo" the hard work!
